Our Digital Evolution & Innovation Analysts play a key role in our objective of engaging & evolving people and their organisations to achieve more of what matters with digital innovations. Our analysts are the ones who figure out what needs to happen to make the future work today. You'll work closely & learn from our strategists to build the business case and deepen the understanding of the current situation at our client to build the bridge to a brighter future on solid foundations. You're the person that's not afraid of going deep into the details when it comes to seeing a project succeed. Once the vision is set, you'll lead workshops, interviews & dive into all sorts of documents to gather all the information required to make our vision a reality.

Profile

  • + years' of experience in a consulting environment
  • Strong analytical thinking skills
  • Notion off best practices specific to Software Development Life Cycle methodologies including Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, Iterative and other project lifecycles
  • Excellent oral and written communication and facilitation skills
  • Experience with the analysis of IT technical activities
  • Solid (basic) understanding of IT infrastructure components
  • Experience mapping out processes
  • Experience facilitating Workshops & Interviews
  • Demonstrated experience in leading and driving multiple tasks and requests to completion
  • Ability to communicate detailed technical information to non-technical personnel
  • Hands on experience with MS Word, MS Excel and MS PowerPoint

Roles

  • Gather requirements & deeper insights by interacting with our client through workshops, interviews & analysis.
  • Map out processes in BPMN and come up with recommendations for improvement together with our strategist.
  • Own the development and maintenance of new and existing artifacts focused on analysis of requirements, metrics, and reporting dashboards.
  • Partner with operations/business teams to consult, develop and implement metrics, automated reporting/process solutions, and process improvements to meet business needs.
  • Enable effective decision making by retrieving and aggregating data from multiple sources and compiling it into a digestible and actionable format.
  • Prepare and deliver business requirements reviews to the senior management team regarding progress and roadblocks.
  • Participate in strategic and tactical planning discussions.
  • Design, develop and maintain reports, dashboards, etc. that will support our business needs.
  • Excellent writing skills, to create artifacts easily digestible by business and tech partners.
